Biography
Kristin Whitten is an elder care social worker with over 19 years of experience. She is a graduate of UNC Charlotte who enjoys a continued relationship with the university through the supervision of BSW student interns and participation in the School Advisory Board. Most of her career has focused on continuing care retirement communities, where she practiced all levels of care and managed the operations of the Wellness Clinic. Additionally, she worked as an elder advocate/social worker with an elder law firm, serving clients in both NC and SC. Most recently, she works in a team at Caregiving Corner as a care manager in the Charlotte area.
